We know what it's like to be new somewhere.
Moving abroad opens up a world of possibilities. It also means learning how things work all over again. Stourc exists to make that transition feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more human.
Why Stourc
A practical idea with a personal reason behind it.
We're Luuk Rattink and Mateo Polini. We met while studying at Hogeschool Utrecht. Since then, our experiences have taken us into different countries, including exchange periods in Bulgaria and China and internships in the United States.
Living and working abroad teaches you that the exciting parts of a move are only half the story. There are forms to understand, unfamiliar systems to navigate, everyday decisions to make, and moments when you simply wish someone could explain how things work.
We started Stourc around a simple belief: getting settled shouldn't mean having to figure out every little thing alone. Sometimes, a helpful conversation and a clear next step can make a real difference.
